827 Armistead Street

Kitchen Descriptions:

This kitchen was converted from a two-story ballroom.  Designed by Reader & Swartz, the room contains lovely features and an open atmosphere that highlights many neutral tones.  A Viking duel-fuel stove is flanked by columns that hide two pull-out spice racks.  The cabinets are maple with a "wheat glaze" stain.  The glass front Sub-Zero refrigerator has extra drawers below the typical refrigerator space and also features an ice-maker.  The homeowners particular like the lower refrigerated drawers because it allows their children to retrieve snacks easily for themselves.  Additionally, there is a pot-filler for large pasta pots by the stove top.  The most desired feature in this kitchen was the three basin sink.
